Bendigo Bank - miBanker

We designed a world first mobile application to help Bendigo Bank better engage with its business customers. The miBanker App provides tailored content that the business customer deems important, that will help them better manage and grow their business. Supporting the miBanker App is a live analytics dashboard that helps the business banker better understand their customers' needs.

A Federal Government initiative, eHealth is the electronic management of health information to deliver safe, more efficient, better quality healthcare. bhive was engaged by the Federal Government and 9 Medicare Local offices to develop an education campaign for both the public and medical practitioners, which included full creative, an animated video that explained the service, a mobile platform and branded QR Code that was incorporated into the design of all POS material, 30 sec TVC and 60 sec cinema ad.

We all know the importance of looking after the environment and the world in which we live! This is why bhiveGroup provided Earthwatch, a not for profit organisation with a free mobile donation platform. Supporters can now access information at a time and place that suits them and a simplified donation process consisting of a few taps on the screen means that it has never been easier for good samaritans to make much needed donations. We also update the platform yearly for their Annual Ball. The platform provides all the event information and is another means for tickets to be purchased. We distribute the platform via SMS to Earthwatch’s extensive mobile database.

Monash University - JMR

The Jock Marshall Reserve is an invaluable teaching site on Monash’s Clayton campus. To support the School of Biological Sciences teaching program we produced a mobile web App to assist students identify, birds, lizards and frogs and other fauna and flora at the site. For Monash’s Berwick campus Open Day we developed a QR code based information and testimonial video for prospective students.

Future Metals Recycling

In a non-deskbound world Future Metals Recycling clients are on the move. We designed an integrated campaign incorporating a new easy to use website, a QR code driven mobile site that updates weekly specials and a social media based competition to increase brand awareness.
bhive is also engaged in brand positioning for Future Metals Recycling that will more accurately align with the needs of the company's corporate customers.

The Greens

For the 2013 Federal election campaign The Greens wanted to maximise the ability to sell their message right up to polling day. bhive distributed via a personalised SMS, a video message from Adam Bandt on the eve of polling day to members and supporters, with a request to forward the SMS to five friends. We achieved an open and viewing rate of 42%. We congratulate Adam Bandt on winning the seat of Melbourne.

The Melbourne Rebels

As a new elite sporting team in Australia, the club wanted to adopt world's best practices for member engagement. For home games at AAMI Park, we recorded video interviews immediately after a game and distributed them to members in the form of a personalised SMS to their mobile phone, so that it arrived before they reached their car or train for the journey home.
With games being played overseas (South Africa and New Zealand) we distributed video messages pre and post game to keep the members engaged and to feel a part of the inner sanctum.

Hexagon Safety & Infrastructure

bhiveGROUP has developed a targeted Communications Strategy for Hexagonsi to support the company’s Safe City Solution developed in partnership with Huawei. Our work in engaging government and emergency services agencies has helped support the introduction of Hexagon’s integrated solutions for public safety and security at reduced cost. Following Hexagon’s Shaping the Future of Safe City event we delivered a Mobile Information Platform (MIP) to a highly targeted database by SMS and achieved a 70.3% open rate and video viewing rate of 64.8%.

To assist Audi with their after sales, bhiveGroup developed a mobile engagement strategy intended to bring lapsed service customers back to the dealership. We produced individual dealership videos to bridge the gap between the perceived and actual value of having your car serviced by an Audi Master Technician. We built custom mobile platforms for the specific dealerships and embedded the videos within them. These mobile platforms allowed customers to easily book their next service, receive personal offers and keep up to date with all the latest from Audi. The platform was distributed via individually personalised SMS to selected Audi customers.

Liberal Party

Clem Newton-Brown the Liberal Member for Prahran sent an SMS message to supporters in the lead-up to the Victorian state election in November 2014. The SMS was sent to a database of 6,500 constituents and was linked to a video of Clem explaining his plans to deliver a new secondary school in the electorate. It received a viewing rate of 42% on the eve of the election.

Westside BMW

To support the launch of the new 1 Series, bhive produced a mobile campaign for the Sydney, Brisbane and Westside dealerships. A specially produced video embedded into a branded mobile platform promoting the features of the 1 Series along with an invitation to test drive. The video and mobile platform were distributed through a personalised SMS to a targeted customer database of mobile numbers, along with including the branded QR Code in dealership display material and press advertising.
